Basically, BMI allows users to create crowd based playlists with liked and most played songs that users at a specific location/event have in their Spotify account. In other words, a user can act as the host and generate a playlist by selecting other users (guests) that are at the same event. Any other user attending the event will be able to send a request in order to be included in the playlist.
